My duties include Greeting visitors/contractors and signing them into the building, keeping a record of all the couriers coming into the building and the keys used by the cleaners and contractors, sorting through the post, filing and stationary orders. I also work along side Goodman service desk to report lift breakdowns and temperature changes to the offices etc. Any admin duties requested by the building manger which can differ but mainly consist of typing up meter reading reports and to work along side security team and site engineer to ensure smooth running of building.
