Founded and organised a monthly indoor vegan, sustainable food and crafts market in Cork city including Ireland's first ever Vegan Christmas market in 2017. 500 tickets were secured for the 2018 Christmas market. Many markets were utilised as fundraising opportunities helping us to raise money for various charities and all were used to provide a free platform for great causes including Homeless Help and Support, DAWG and Pieta House. Organised educational events: A screening and talks about sustainable fashion, different health and wellness events with professional speakers covering topics such as happiness and mental health, plant based eating with food demonstrations and cooking classes, mindful eating and yoga and a panel discussion to inspire people to follow their dreams while minding the mental health. Currently running virtual events about health and wellness, veganism and sustainability and compassionate living started with a 5 part event series called 'The Healthy Period Series'. Show less
