Providing financial support to the Software Licensing and Management Solutions (SLMS) group. • Developed the Management Revenue Tie Off process, ensuring over $350m gross revenue was booked to the correct country ledgers worldwide. • Managed the SLMS Balance Sheet (BS) Reconciliation process, ensuring all reconciliations comply with company controls and timelines. • Introduced automation to the BS reconciliation process to reduce the hours spent by Finance and Business Operations teams in the overall process • Implemented the Indirect Invoicing Process, involving the Middle East/African and Latin American regions, included creating SLA’s with the local invoicing teams and putting controls in place to optimise revenue bookings. • Coordinated the Sales Incentive Plan(SIP) for the SLMS business, by co-ordinating closely with the WW SIP Integration Team to implement an agreed process • Maintained the SLMS Intercompany Agency Agreements, together with Legal, Tax and Intercompany Pricing teams. • Point of contact for the External Auditors for all reviews of the SLMS business. • Supervisor to four members of the SLMS Business Operations Finance team.
