I've worked with Emma for a number of years on employee engagement and change projects. In that time I've noticed that Emma is one of those unique individuals that in one moment can dive deep into theory, analytic and strategic thinking, and then immediately pivot to practical execution and engagement. And throughout it all she is driven by a strong moral compass focused on doing the right thing for the people involved. This has driven her to fight for, and create, robust frameworks and tools for transparent employee engagement; inclusion and diversity; as well as a better work/life culture and ways of working. She brings a refreshing blend of HR experience, the curiosity of a life-long learner, and communication and creative skills to any work she does. Her collaborative style also ensures that all the right stakeholders will be involved so we can arrive at a better solution together.
