Whilst in my two and a half years at Daly International I worked on numerous projects as a Cadet Town Planner moving to Town Planner including Vodafone-Hutchinson Australia (VHA), Optus Mobiles, Optus Fibre, NBN, Crown Castle and Solgen. Optus Fibre - I worked in a Town Planning and Property role VHA Lite - Sole planner delivering 180 Huawei within three months and established new planning processes for new projects and trained two new town planners that joined Daly International. I can demonstrate: - A thorough understanding of Town Planning legislation and adapting to emerging legislative changes including relevant sections of the Telecommunications Act, Schedule 3 and the Telecommunications (Low Impact Facilities Determination), State Environmental Planning Policy (Infrastructure) (NSW) and other Federal and State legislation - Proven experience in client relationship management and in developing strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels - Awareness of Health and Safety issues and procedures - Commercial awareness with planning experience, in both public and private sectors - Sound time management skills - Sound site analysis and selection skills for Greenfield sites - Ability to prepare Planning Notification quickly and efficiently for a fast approval process - Organisation of stakeholder consultation meetings and liaise with key stakeholders Customer Relations Expertise in: - Communicating daily & reporting to all involved parties on project including both the client along with all associated authorities, landowners, key stakeholders, the local community, managers and colleagues - On a daily basis, I dealt with clients. I believe that I have the ability to handle some client situations whereby they can be quite demanding. I am always polite, courteous and respectful to customers and responsive to their requests - Clear communications skills. I endeavor to communicate and conduct myself professionally and in a respectful manner.
