Designed and implemented the Kids in the Kitchen youth summer camp. The week-long camp was aimed at teaching children aged 8-12 about basic kitchen skills and nutrition. Achievements: creating a full workbook from scratch, coordinating all logistics of camp (location, supplies, volunteers, etc.), recruiting 30+ children in 2 days, and running a successful and safe camp where children were exposed to new foods in a fun approachable manner.
