Designed and facilitated a 1 credit course for undergraduate students at Stonehill College. The course was entitled “The Next Classic Tale.” Students critically analyzed fairytales and their common tropes and representations, paying specific attention to underrepresented or misrepresented communities. Students engaged in a variety of creative writing exercises throughout the course and ultimately collaborated on a final class wide tale that they felt better represented our diverse world.
