To whom it may concern. Emma Lynch Emma worked in my department whilst I was a Director of HSBC Actuaries & Consultants Limited from 1994 to 2007. She was one of the most enthusiastic and positive members of staff. For this reasosn she was frequntly allocated to challenging projects and difficult clients. Her abililities and undoubted success led inevtiably to progress through the ranks. From my experience, I would have no recomendation in recomending her to a prospective employer.
