Adiga AB was a consultant company within the technological field that engaged approximately 50 employees in the Gothenburg area. As the first HR responsible in the organization, I placed great emphasis on establishing the employee related processes, routines and documents connected to labor law requirements. I also improved the employee manual, the eNPS form, the recruitment process as well as the candidate and employee experience. Recruitment Assistant (temporary position/adecco)

I was commissioned, together with three other recruiters, to be responsible for parts of the recruitment process to Volvo Group’s programme The Volvo Step. The tasks included narrowing down the large number of candidates who had applied to each factory, conducting telephone interviews, video interviews, and to finally book physical interviews with about 40 candidates that was conducted by each factory’s HRBP. I was responsible for coordinating and administrating a large number of risk assessments that was carried out in all departments because of several extensive organizational changes. In practice this means I made sure to book a meeting with each department in the organization together with two external work environment consultants. I then participated in all the risk assessments and handled all the internal documentation.
