      Adiga AB was a consultant company within the technological field that engaged approximately 50 employees in the Gothenburg area.       I was commissioned, together with three other recruiters, to be responsible for parts of the recruitment process to Volvo Group’s programme The Volvo Step. The tasks included narrowing down the large number of candidates who had applied to each factory, conducting telephone interviews, video interviews, and to finally book physical interviews with about 40 candidates that was conducted by each factory’s HRBP.
