  Here I was part of the adult access team who deal with adult social services, as well as ‘Emergency local assistance’. - Answering all calls either regarding adult social care or Emergency Local Assistance’ completing 91 day review call back for previous service users - Completing referrals from either new clients or existing service users requiring a new service - Sending referrals for review by the in house professionals, Community case workers, Occupational therapists and Carers case workers - Inputting the details from the referrals made by myself and the rest of the team onto the Dorset CC database, depending on what it is the outcome of the referral it will either be noted as a contact on the individual service users profile or it will be sent through to the local office to action.
