  Leveraging experience in continuous improvement I currently lead strategic, transformational and operational projects working with a cross functional team across performing arts, operations and administration to drive valuable services to the local community. Alongside identifying and implementing a robust performing arts agenda, I am responsible for managing a large team to carry out the important work of Montage Theatre Arts; enabling the team to provide a safe and rewarding programme of performing arts subjects for students. I work diligently with the Board of Trustees to maintain good corporate governance, agreeing the business strategy and ensuring that as a charity we stay true to our ethos and charitable mission.

  MadCap Theatre Productions are a vibrant and exciting professional theatre company that brings new life to classic texts and more contemporary theatre. Established in 2010, we are critically acclaimed, and praised for our expressive and entertaining work. We stage Commercial Theatre tours, Shakespeare Theatre in Education and Shakespeare and classical acting workshops. We also have our own rehearsal/audition space which is available for hire.
