  Platform People provides business consultancy and specialised recruitment services to the UK investment platform industry. The company was founded in 2010 and already serves many of the big players, from large life companies through to specialist service and platform technology providers. In January 2012, we were awarded ISO9001 certification and Investors In People Gold – the first company ever to achieve this at the first attempt. This was shortly followed up with IIP Champion status, the highest standard that a company can achieve under the recognised certification. Core Services: Recruitment The world is full of recruitment consultancies claiming to be specialists in a particular field. The difference with Platform People is that we actually are, because we have worked in platform businesses ourselves. Whereas traditional recruiters organise themselves around functions – IT, finance, risk, marketing and so on – we organise our teams around the development lifecycle of platforms.
