Laureline Petit

I had the pleasure to manage Emma while she was Community Developer at Paradox Interactive. I saw her grow in her role and become a role model in our team, focused on sharing knowledge to foster creativity and innovation. She is not afraid to try new things, leveraging trends after careful analysis, and of course always sharing her learnings along the way. Not only Emma has a diverse and solid background in the gaming industry, she is also a caring colleague that encourages team work. I hope we’ll get to work together again one day!

While keeping most of my previous tasks as Community Manager, I am now working more focused on creating community strategies. Together with internal stakeholders I plan and execute community growth strategies for our external studios and their games. I also develop strategies for our internal studio communication across departments.
