Emma has been a real asset to the Fundraising and Communications team at RISE in her time volunteering with us. Emma has demonstrated excellent initiative and autonomy over projects - ranging from setting up the RISE Etsy shop and coordinating listings there, to teaching herself how to make videos online and creating a regular donor thank you video. It is in activities like these that Emma's project management skills shined. Emma also created regular social media content demonstrating a flair for engaging digital communications - and a flexible attitude to work - picking up a variety tasks quickly and executing them well.
