Emma specialises in Commercial Business including trades, property owners, retail, and hospitality. She also insures Liability and Commercial Motor for over 20 franchisees whose insurance is quite hard-to-place due to the nature of their risk. Emma is extremely knowledgeable with queries regarding Builders Warranty and BuildVic portal assistance within the Geelong office.Emma prides herself on having solid and grounded relationships with her clients, she is always more than happy to spend that extra 10 minutes with them to learn about why their business hums or to answer any concerns they have. Community engagement and networking is very important to Emma, as she regularly attends networking, business and sporting events in Geelong and Melbourne. This reflects Emma’s bubbly personality and social side, enabling her to meet a variety of clients and industry professionals.She loves that each business is unique and finding the fit for their insurance needs is never the same. In July 2015, Emma completed enough study to qualify her to Broker Status and become an Account Manager. She handles McCormick Harris Geelong's Domestic Clients as well as her own list of Commercial clients. Emma also lodges and maintains a majority of the claims for the office as well as being first point of contact and personal assistant to Hamish Easton.Emma is thoroughly enjoying the new challenges within her work environment and strives to keep the Geelong Office running smoothly.

Emma started Full Time employment fresh out of Secondary School in November 2009 at WHK as she was eager to get straight into the work force. She remained a Receptionist, assisting in some minor administrative work of WHK until around June of 2012, where she then applied for internally and moved into the General Insurance Sector of WHK as an Administration Assistant to further her knowledge in this field.
