      In this very quick paced role, being able to maintain a professional attitude under pressure was paramount and a strong skill I possessed. From answering calls to arrange viewings of properties, to dealing with any issues or queries from our new and existing landlords and tenants. After six months an administrator role became available and I was approached to take on this new position. I felt that with my ability to pick up things quickly I proceeded to make a positive go of this role. Being an administrator I was required to draw up legal documents i.e. tenancy agreements and register deposits, I also needed to keep up to date with all incoming emails. A lot of the time I was required to learn on the job which was a challenge I enjoyed. I worked as part of team to hit certain targets but there was also times I needed to use my own initiative to reach my personal goals and targets. For most of my time at MBNA I was in the top 3 of high achievers on my team, which I am very proud of.
