    • Resource Specialist - Global Technology Services
      • Aug 2008 - Apr 2010

As a Resource Specialist my responsibilities are to support the RDM’s ( Resource Deployment Manager ) and actively drive the administrative process behind the evaluation and recruitment process in on-boarding new/extending existing technical and /or consultants as and when required in respect of customer projects. In support of my RDM’s I actively managed the contractor recruitment tool which stores the candidates personal details/CV etc, and the relevant vacancy details (role/skills/location\duration of assignment etc. In raising a request the process will ultimately generate a Purchase Order number for invoicing purposes by the supplier, without which a candidate cannot be permitted on site.In addition I also managed the Hays debt sheet which reflects any over time/expenses that can not be reconciled due to insufficient funds on the current PO. My role there was to investigate the issue, see clarity on the value of the PO and obtain the relevant confirmation\approvals in determining a solution, to ensure all PO's can be fully reconciled. Once this has been determined I was responsible for raising any additional paperwork that may be required to uplift a PO by the value of the amount deemed required to ensure any debt can be fully cleared from the PO In addition to managing the new hires\extensions administration process, other responsibilities included generating any additional paperwork in respect of contractor leavers\terminations for those contractors who have reached the end of their assignment, or are no longer required and need to be terminated early. This detail will be used to update the TSC database so it mirror’s the correct data in respect of our contractor workforce.
