I had the pleasure of working with Emma on a project to enhance learning and development across Unilever's UK early career network during her year in industry placement. Individually, she has proved herself to be a an organised, clear and calm communicator having delivered several high-profile presentations. In a group, she is a natural harmoniser whose organised, purposeful yet welcoming style, coupled with her ability to recognise and celebrate the achievements of others has brought the best out of those she has worked with.
