Hygiene Promotion Consultant To undertake an in-depth assessment in flood affected regions of high needs as identified by the UNDAC teams including technical needs to improve WASH activities in camps and viable options for communities outside camps and NFI needs.  To undertake key early actions to help ensure provision of safe drinking water at point of use and proper sanitation for children and women in affected regions. To provide inputs during coordination meetings and advise on technical norms and standards on WASH facilities (including attention to gender, protection and vulnerable groups.) To help coordinate and reach agreement on common water treatment specifications and standards and sanitation standards especially for household treatment.  Ensure proper installation, use and monitoring of UNICEF provided water and sanitation supplies and equipment  Promote community monitoring of the condition of and use of water purification tablets and sanitation facilities Identify key hygiene priorities and barriers, identify appropriate communication channels and resources and develop a structures BCC campaign to address these priorities.  Coordinate and work with the teams preparing and disseminating information on safe water, sanitation and hygiene
