When I first had the pleasure of working with Emma, she was the commercial lead across a large number of complex deals I was the sales lead on. Quite simply, we wouldn't have won them without Emma. Very clear, very fair and always found a way for us to move forward and sign the contracts. Then over the years she has progressed to running the Commercial Team where she has continued to lead, coach and mentor her team to work with sales and customers to get contracts both are happy to sign. Its a real skill.
