Andrew Caddell
Emma and I collaborated on work towards establishing the Olympic Truce (an undertaking sanctioned by the UN), and programs assocated with it. I have no hesitation in recommending her; Emma is one of the most capable managers of people and files I have ever worked with. She was appreciative of detail and of meeting deadlines, as well as seeing the big picture, notably within the context of foreign affairs. Given the demands on her time as a manager at VANOC, it was extraordinary that she was able to devote so much time to our effective collaboration on the Olympic Truce.
