Activities Coordinator- Design and execute activities for a senior assisted living facility. I personally lead groups ranging from five to twenty seniors in activities such as exercise, art-making, outdoor exploration, and brain games. This position involves close connections and familiarity with residents of the facility to create a safe, open space. Harmony group leader role involves caring for a specific group of individuals on certain days. This role requires skills in guidance, communication, and group dynamics. My group had three elderly individuals, whom all operate at varying cognitive levels. Show less

Project management- Teen Program I designed, organized, and executed teen events for the museum. This included guided tours, art-making workshops, and a summer studio intensive program. My guided tours were limited to ten teenagers, due to Covid restrictions. My teen studio summer intensive served groups of fifteen teenagers. I conducted this intensive two years in a row. ALL teen programming was free for participants due to funding from grants. Large scale event planning- Monthly family programming Every month, a group of three hundred children with their families signed up for a free community art-making event. I designed the project, ordered supplies, advertised through email and social media, and executed the event. Taught children's art classes through the museum's Art School I created lesson plans and taught classes for small children, usually ages 4-5. My class size was limited to 10 children. We explored elements of art, sensory experiences, and managing emotions. Lesson planning and video teaching for museum website use during global pandemic I created weekly videos for at-home projects I designed inspired by contemporary artwork. For these projects I used materials easily accessible at home. For other videos, I designed art kits to be picked up at the museum so that children could follow along with my video. Throughout the pandemic, I created a total of 4,500 art kits. Dell Medical Outreach Forged partnership with Dell Medical Children's Center. I designed art kits that were specific for this population, and I delivered the kits every month. These kits were paired with an online step-by-step video. Show less
