It is rare you come across an employee like Emma and I am honored to have been able to have been her manager. Emma is an incredibly talented health coach and she exemplifies what a true coach should be. Her motivational interviewing skills, empathy and ability to hold space for her members truly sets her apart. Emma also took it upon herself to lead team meetings and create tools for other on our team to use to enhance their coaching skills. Emma identified multiple areas of need for additional training and support and took the initiative to build out trainings for team-members throughout the organization without being asked. She is a true team player and an absolute pleasure to work with. Emma is a stand out talent and I would highly recommend her for any position.
