Emma and I worked together as partners in servicing clients through its content and publisher concierge programs. Emma was chiefly responsible for maintaining the customer relationship, having an understanding of customer wants and needs, and communicating those to me so that I could write their content on a monthly basis. Emma maintained and enforced my deadlines and provided me assignments and content ideas. I was deeply impressed with Emma's organization, as well as her communication skills. As someone who has managed Customer Success Managers in my own full-time career, these are two extremely important qualities for a top-tier Customer Success Manager. Emma embodied these and many other desirable traits, including but not limited to flexibility and adaptability, ability to take on high volumes of work, understanding technology on a deeper level, and solutions-based thinking in project-management-oriented tasks. I enjoyed my time working with Emma and would do so again if given the opportunity. Any employer would be extremely lucky to have her and I would vouch for Emma for the rest of her career.
