Responsible for the Accommodation department while the Head of Accommodation was away. Managing my time to complete my own tasks as well as more challenging duties which would usually have been done my superior. Prioritising tasks, adapting to unfamiliar or stressful situations and utilising leadership and decision-making skills. Working with other members of the Accommodation and wider Camino team to resolve any problems and ensure good communication between the different departments.
