I had the pleasure of working with Emma for almost two years on a highly complex project, "Les Mills Connect." Emma's ability to juggle multiple tasks as a product owner with a calm head and always willing to learn attitude is something I found impressive. I had an excellent relationship working with Emma; she has been super helpful with everything. It's hard to have fun when you are constantly under pressure, but she is fun and easy to work with. I've watched Emma always find the answers to the unknown questions. I've loved my experience working with Emma, and I am sure anyone working with her will have a similar experience. I wish Emma all the best in her future endeavors.

I had the pleasure of working with Emma during her time at LMI as a Product Owner. Joining at the very beginning of a major project, Emma's ability to help transform business requirements and document so our dev and QA team's can deliver to them set the bar for any PO having to do the same. Emma's broader skillset when it came to testing and facilitating between technical and business discussions has been valuable. In the past six months I've been able to work alongside Emma as a PO on the same project and during this time I've been able to learn so much about the product and this not would have been possible without her. Emma's departure will be a major loss for the team and the project but I wish her all the best on her travels and adventures abroad!
