Emma is a wonderful person and has the makings of a great manager. I recruited her into a quality management role from Canford's customer service team and she really made the role her own. Within 18 months she was running the internal and external audit functions with very little input from me. She also developed great expertise in process management and re-engineering, with all of the awareness of people issues and internal politics that requires. Alongside all this she became the company's goto person to run an internal training course on topics such as manual handling, 5S, PCI and known consignor awareness. I am quite certain Emma will develop into a really good senior manager in the future and is already well on her way. She really has bags of potential and it was a delight to manage her and play a part in her development.
