Creating and distributing company safety folders • Management of company van fleet ensuring weekly vehicle checks are carried out, ensuring drivers licenses are filed and kept up to date, liaising with service providers to book services/CVRT/lease queries • Management of Warehouse using a stock in/out system for equipment and staff uniforms, monthly stock takes and accepting deliveries. • Weekly distribution of COVID-19 antigen tests to employees • Administrator for CRM system, van fleet tracking system, name badge system, uniform/equipment stock Show less
