My daily duties include speaking to sites and Certification Bodies, helping to find the most suitable product to suit their needs. I help some of our major brands find worldwide solutions for training, sponsorship, events and digital platforms. I also assist sites in the certification to one of our Standards including Gluten Free, Plant based, Ethical Trade and Responsible Sourcing. The role requires a varied knowledge of all Standards and additional products in order to meet the needs of our international clients. The most recent project I initiated was expanding our training in the Italian language. This is at an early stage, but we do hope that we will soon have a larger presence in the Italy.I work in a lovely sales team which has seen significant revenue growth year on year since I started, as I have always exceeded my targets, I achieved 154% of my target last year year. (During my time at BRCGS I have also trained up new sales staff on our various products to allow the teem to meet our overall target. Five times what it was in 2019)
