Documented these values at each stage of the installation to identify and correct potential equipment damages. • Turned the heating elements on a lathe to reduce their diameter. Grouped the elements by resistance to balance three-phase power. Installed the elements on the casing sticks, grouted them, and wired them together. • Machined fittings to minimize the galvanic corrosion of a capacitive level sensor. • Calculated calibration curves for twenty-three thermocouples. Wired thermocouple input modules for data acquisition. • Designed a bolt assembly to connect the wires between casing sticks and identified the appropriate torques. • Installed the casing sticks down the well. Tested insulation resistance periodically to identify sections damaged during installation and reinsulated them. Fed wires and thermocouples through a hanger to reach the surface. • Ran audio and visual for the 2023 Baker Hughes Energy Frontiers Summit, and participated in STEM outreach programs for Oklahoma City public schools. Stillwater, Oklahoma, United States Designed and implemented a three-dimensional frame to standardize accuracy in the sensor-testing process. Created models of sensor products and accessories using SolidWorks. Generated engineering drawings for use in product assembly instructions and those for customer reference during the product selection process. Manufactured a series of molds using additive manufacturing principles and 3D printing technology to quickly align sensor parts with several adjustable components.
