  I started within the retail sector immediately as the COVID-19 pandemic commenced; and I beleive this period of time emphasised the importance of supporting your local community, uniting during unprecedented times. During the pandemic, consumerism within the food sector was extremely high, with shops becoming busier, I was able to satisfy customers in an efficient time manner with their purchases, whilst simultanously making sure the shelves were filled with plentiful stock. Throughout employment, I have developed strong communication skills with a diverse general public, delivering exceptional customer service.
