      LIVI is Europe's largest provider of digital healthcare, having delivered over 2 million video consultations. Within the NHS, we partner with PCNs, Federations and CCG's to act as a digital extension to existing GP practices offering a 7-day-a-week digital service - 365 days per year. At present we are available to 4.5 million NHS Patients who can see one of our GP's in minutes via video. Partnering with LIVI enables NHS organisations to improve efficiency, health outcomes, whilst reducing pressures in both practice and the wider health economies. As the Account Manager, I am responsible for over 50 partners including practice, PCN and ICB primary care organisations. Involved in the pre-launch and onboarding of new partners and negotiating sessions with the partner and the operations team. Responsible for the retention and growth of existing partners. Monthly meetings with partners and responsible for contract renewals and overseeing contract amendments and contract end dates with the legal team. Liasing with the Livi clinicians on the partner feedback to continue improving and developing the service. Part of my role is working towards clear and challenging goals and KPIs of the company.
