  This role consisted of overseeing the planning and execution of local services and events within the Michael Fowler Centre, TSB Arena and The Opera House. I was responsible for leading, building and maintaining the producing team and small teams of volunteers who helped coordinate and produce these services and events. This role also incorporated running rehearsals, coordinating stage sets, coordinating live video links, foyer and entrance design, campus event promotion, MC and speaker briefings, run sheet creation, creative oversight and planning as well as managing the creative budget. I worked alongside the Creative Team to execute the creative brief specific to the Wellington City Campus for 'Big Day' events such as Easter, Christmas and Arise conferences. I have functioned as Stage Manager, Front of House Producer and Executive Producer in live service contexts.

  Head Ballet teacher for pre-school, primary, youth and adult ballet classes. Worked closely with the Director in the implementation and design of the preschool programme for over 300 students. Designed and implemented an innovative ballet curriculum for K-2 aged students which also integrated RAD, Cecchetti and Leap 'N Learn syllabi. Incorporated into this role was the creation of weekly lesson plans, design of classroom props, collaboration with teachers and director in development of End of Year Showcase, choreography for school aged, youth and adult ballet classes and mentoring of classroom assistants.

  Within this role I regularly supported and supervised trainers in their delivery of courses and assessments. I established and implemented culture amongst students and faculty in line with organisational culture and goals. I provided mentorship of students (local and international) in support of their educational and personal objectives. I have designed and implemented accredited dance qualifications, creating all relevant course documentation in consultation with industry experts. Signed off on all Dance Faculty auditions, applications and assessments. I oversaw the dance for several large original theatre productions, operating as Assistant Director and choreographer.
