This role consisted of overseeing the planning and execution of local services and events within the Michael Fowler Centre, TSB Arena and The Opera House. I was responsible for leading, building and maintaining the producing team and small teams of volunteers who helped coordinate and produce these services and events. This role also incorporated running rehearsals, coordinating stage sets, coordinating live video links, foyer and entrance design, campus event promotion, MC and speaker briefings, run sheet creation, creative oversight and planning as well as managing the creative budget. I worked alongside the Creative Team to execute the creative brief specific to the Wellington City Campus for 'Big Day' events such as Easter, Christmas and Arise conferences. I have functioned as Stage Manager, Front of House Producer and Executive Producer in live service contexts.
