Over the past 3 years I have worked closely with Emma on various design projects and really enjoyed our working relationship. It was open, collaborative and we’ve created some lovely, successful commercial gifts along the way. Emma’s incredibly knowledgable across many product substrates and processes. She was also the go-to for many of the other designers who she wasn’t directly working with because she’s very approachable and kind and always greets you with a smile. Thorough in her product research and sample testing to ensure everything is fit for purpose and would provide plenty of options throughout the development stage. Her attention to detail is second to none, especially when proofing artwork files before they were sent to suppliers. Always delivered projects on time and within budget. She is a great communicator not only internally with designers, sales and marketing but with external suppliers and factories. Briefs and critical paths were clear, questions and queries answered swiftly and often my next questions answered before I’d even asked them :) I really hope our paths cross again in the future but for now, anyone looking for an experienced and industrious product developer, with an infectious positive attitude, then I would highly recommend Emma, she is an absolute pleasure to work with. Best of luck for the future.

Emma is an indispensable member of the team, and a joy to work with each day. She is always cheerful, resilient and has the most fantastic commitment to finishing the job. Emma has a vast product knowledge and can share a huge amount of insight into manufacturing processes - I have learnt so much from her. She is meticulous in her organisation and thorough in every aspect of her work. She is dedicated and driven. I have loved working with her for over 4 years and trust her opinion completely. She is fair, considered and thorough when approaching any challenge. I was always particularly impressed by her openness, and willingness to help anyone, any time. She has always been supportive and cheerful each day without fail.
