Reports issued to Department Heads of Service, IS Service Managers & Divisional Directors. Also the author of newsletters providing community services with project updates. •Benefits Analysis: collecting and analysing data to track benefits of a new e-referral system •Effective project documentation management; ensuring process, guidance and quality assurance controls are applied to all projects.
