Marketing & Business Development Administrator
-
Feb 2004 - Jan 2008
Part of Galliford Try plc, Galliford Try Communications specialises in the design, installation, management and construction of mobile and fixed-line telecommunications sites across the UK. Along with carrying out my day-to-day duties of office administration, my role included completing pre-qualification and tender documents, by collating the relevant information from colleagues around the business unit. Ensuring client deadlines were met and the corporate brand was represented at all times. Being part of the ‘front line’ was extremely rewarding, particularly when contracts were won with new or existing clients. Preparing presentations and proposal documents for the Business Unit Directors, Senior Management and Project Managers meant I regularly conversed confidently with all levels of the business.
