As the only Account Executive for Love2Design, I worked hand in hand with the President of the company. I helped shape new designs with the senior designer based on customer meetings, feedback, and market research, merchandised every showroom by theme, customer, or program, mainly handled all correspondence, prepped all meeting spreadsheets and cads, took care of all post-meeting follow up, and walked through all detailed work until the official order was received. From there, I would make sure every order received it's samples in a timely manner, watched shipping reports to be on top of any foreseeable delays, filled out every necessary testing report, and followed sell through rates to understand which items worked for each particular account's customer. I would create master sheets of major programs with multiple customers to be able to clearly monitor which items were being sought after the most based on trend. I was able to maintain and create incredible buyer relationships which helped to be able to speak in depth on the needs of one another to help sales reach their fullest potential.

As an associate account executive, I worked hand in hand with my fellow executive to manage and meet with our 17 accounts, working through the full start to finish process of completing a sale. We would combine our efforts to not only maintain but increase our sales constantly as well as on my own with the few accounts I handled alone. I sought after inspiration from the market while mixing with my own creativity to create newness that would be seen in Capelli alone. Handling ladies and kids accessories in all commodities, I grew to be extremely well versed in the details of each area which I believe was a strong factor in our constant increase of sales. I grew to understand the different kinds of customers to help shape my buyer proposals and create stories/collections specifically geared toward that target market. I also was able to learn how to be a leader in giving work to assistants to help manage in times of overload. In this role, I also grew to understand the entire backend process in terms of processing POs or receiving EDI. This position is something I've completely flourished in and extremely enjoy.
