Procurement Engineer • Contacting various suppliers and contractors for procuring and completing of the demands and different milestones of the project; • Creating and sending request for quotation (RFQ) to the suppliers and contractors for the requested equipment and/or materials of the project team; • Incorporating the Cost Database and Supplier Database for the monitoring of the differences on the prices of the equipment, location of the suppliers, and the activities thereof involving the supplier and the company; • Formulating Comparative Statements (CS) that presents the key deciding factors on what equipment and/or materials will be procured and to whom will the Purchase Order will be awarded; • Generating Purchase Order (PO) and awarding it to the supplier recommended by the top management after the review of the CS. Project Engineer (Office and Site) • Assisting the Project Manager in creating Purchase Request (PR) for the equipment and/or material that the team needs for the execution and completion of the project; • Attending site visits and inspections to discuss the technical concerns of the clients before, during and after the execution of the project; • Scheduling weekly online meetings with the clients to present the weekly progress, schedules of milestones, and concerns regarding the project; • Attending Project Review meetings for the internal planning, presentation of the progress and concerns (technical and financial) of the assigned projects; • Submitting daily progress reports and minutes of meetings to the Avlon Team and the client for proper documentation and updates with regards to the execution of the project.
