Emir agreed to do the Strategic Planning process with our school. Four months into the process, the staff, board, and parents are all extremely glad that our school is going through this process. The experience has been intense and thought provoking and will ultimately challenge our school to be a better institution. I would not hesitate to contract with Emir in the future for Strategic Planning as he is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about this area of education. His platform that he has developed and resulting company (STRATOS) will be impacting Christian education for years to come.

Emir is a compassionate leader who shepherds his students and faculty with skill and heart. His love for students is the fuel that drives him. I've never seen him shrink from a challenge. He rises to the occasion in both good and difficult times. He's a strategic thinker with a humble ear attuned to learning everything he can to be better at whatever he does. By seeking out solid mentors throughout his career, Emir has groomed himself into a valuable mentor himself. In working with Emir, the administrative/development team has accomplished more than we could have ever imagined. Better yet, we've had the time of our lives.
