This included conversing with over a hundred suppliers all different parts and levels of customisability/movement on due dates. I created dynamic spreadsheets linked to the db and queried the EFACS db directly using HeidiSQL (as their UI didn’t always provide needed solutions). 🏆 built up rapport with regular suppliers to get lower prices, quicker deliveries or just truths! 🏆 found stationery supplier; quartered costs, with next day delivery and vastly more responsive. 🏆 noticed spend inefficiency and cut out the middleman, saving over £100 per order of belts.
