I have had the pleasure of hiring and working directly with Emily Wing for over 4 years. As Emily reported directly to the SVP of Operations and the President, she was incredibly efficient and highly effective in her position. Emily is highly organized down to the most finite details. She took initiative to get things done under the most stressful and challenging circumstances and was extremely accurate with her work. Emily always had a Plan B and worked toward a solution to any challenge that crossed her path. As she grew in value to the company she was promoted to Project Manager and handled all the details for multiple hotel renovations. It was in this role her knowledge, skills and experience came full circle. If presented the opportunity again, I would fight to get Emily back on my team!
