Emily's degree course provided her with the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills and knowledge to prepare her for the future. As part of her final year, she studied Managing and Developing People and was part of team of final year students who successfully designed and delivered a development centre aimed at supporting fellow students develop graduate competencies. I wish her every success for the future.

During my placement at Enterprise Rent-a-Car, I learnt a huge amount about providing excellent customer service, business development and sales. Throughout the role my confidence flourished, I successfully communicated with customers both via the phone and face-to-face. I took on the role of ‘Growth Champion’ at the Worthing branch where I helped new businesses set up accounts, whilst building and maintaining account relationships. I also took part in local events supported by Enterprise Rent-a-Car, such as the U1 Day of Caring – Brighton Beach Clean and Brighton Pride where I participated in the parade.
