I had the pleasure of working closely with Emily for a year –– in that time, I watched her successfully plan and execute nearly 100 global B2B workshops. She secured venues, organized schedules, coordinated company resources and collateral, and even handled marketing and promotions for both the workshop series and the corresponding webinars. To say this was impressive is an understatement. She went above and beyond the call of duty, and still managed to do it all with a smile. Her delicious sense of humor and her positive attitude are rarely tempered by even the most stressful of situations. She's more than easy to work with, she's the kind of person you look forward to seeing every day!

I work closely with brands and clients to conceptualize and produce authentic, artful, and forward-thinking events that personally connect with audiences and drive sales growth. I provide full-scale event planning including budgeting, industry research, marketing communications, captivating event design, team training and management, travel logistics, crisis planning, vendor management, on-site execution and post-event reporting.Since becoming a freelance professional, I have worked with a variety of brands such as Red Bull, American Medical Forum, and On Point Creative among many others in the beverage, health & wellness, event design, lifestyle, technology, and film industries. I've enjoyed working alongside insanely wonderful and creative people on events including Music Midtown, Coachella, Exit111, Red Bull Music Festival Atlanta, and more.

In my role at Red Bull, I partnered with regional Culture Marketing Managers to execute events with a strong focus on music, dance, art, and social innovation. I was responsible for event planning processes used across our business unit to ensure best-in-class standards including program kickoffs, briefs, event planning tools, recaps and more! I worked closely with my teams to manage large and small scale event budgets and ensure strong communications for deliverables and goals back to Red Bull HQ in Austria or the US HQ in Los Angeles. Along with my team, we collaborated with local and national artists, musicians, and performers to create memorable, expectation-shattering experiences. Through the efforts of my team and myself, we led the way in executing authentic programming that spoke to communities across the Southern US and were able to "Give Wings" to these aspiring artists .

OneTrust is the leader in privacy software management platform that drives innovative compliance programs for companies of all sizes across the globe. I was an early employee of the company and helped grow their 'PrivacyConnect' programming from 30 annual events, to over 100+ annual events in 60+ countries. As the lead for these events, it was my responsibility to not only coordinate all travel, schedules, and event logistics for simultaneous international events, but also manage the website, webinar programming, partner and speaker communications, and all in-house inventory and design elements. I gained useful skills in website creation, in-bound consumer marketing, and managing team members across numerous departments within the organization.I managed all on-site execution and staff both nationally and internationally in person at most events, and remotely for those I could not attend in person. I worked closely with the Sales team to increase our client numbers and grew the PrivacyConnect program in turnout and overall impact. I'm proud to say this is a successful program which OneTrust still runs and is expanding based on the success we had with generating attendance and ROI during my time there.

Roadie is an on-the-way delivery service that connects people with stuff to send to drivers already heading that way. I managed full end-to-end event logistics including travel, scheduling, vendor relationships, venue and market research, contract negotiation, and partnership onboarding. As Event Operations Manager I interviewed, hired, trained, and managed teams of Brand Managers and Ambassadors across the US who acted the face of the organization at B2B conferences, music and arts festivals, conventions, and lifestyle events. I was able to leverage my passion for events and nurture relationships by working closely with app users to create memorable and effective experiences based on their feedback. I gained the unique experience of writing, creating, and sometimes acting in media advertisements for the brand as well as contributing images and content from our events to the company's social media accounts.

Working as a Tour Manager was one of my favorite roles of my career thus far! I helped execute events across the country for the HP Sprout Launch, acting as driver and event lead. I was responsible for communication with event coordinators at Infinity Marketing as well as on-site with all vendors and event professionals. I managed crews for setup and breakdown as well as ambassadors at conferences, festivals, technology, and lifestyle events. After each event wrapped, I reported detailed program findings and attendee engagement notes back to the client. Though this was a short contract, I loved my time traveling the US and managing this stellar program and work occasionally with the client to this day.

While on the Executive Services and Events team at the Georgia Dome, I helped coordinate all office adminstrative tasks including scheduling, adhering to GA Dome planning standards, and managing all volunteer and part time employee scheduling and training. It was my responsiblity to make sure things were set from A to Z for all staffers on event days, which included games, concerts, large scale speaking engagements, and specialty events. Training included crisis preparedness, Member communications, and hospitality. It was also incredibly exciting to work with Executive Members to ensure private boxes were set to the standards of each specific member. I also led all special requests by Executive Members for each event as well as their membership payments and dues.

My time working with United taught me a great deal about the Food & Beverage Industry, particularly concerning sales for both On and Off-Premise locations. On behalf of United, I visited client venues and special events to engage consumers and promote a variety of new and growing brands. I created and maintained positive relationships with clients and increased sales growth in the Kennesaw and Marietta areas. My role also involved leading Brand Ambassadors at events and venues as well as educating and training team members on new products. I would then document fun, lively interactions and events via social media to further drive awareness and report any findings or feedback to the client.
