This is a classic good news/bad news situation, the good is that Emily just received a well earned and much deserved promotion into sales...the bad is that one of the 'All time Greats' is leaving the Contra Vision customer service team! Emily is not only a friend to all customers (many have told me that they sometimes call with a question they know they could find on our site just to talk with Emily) but she is also a master at getting things dome, solving problems before they happen and identifying solutions. These are all traits that will continue to serve Emily extremely well in her new outside sales role with Contra Vision and, for that matter, any pursuits in life.
