I took part in an intensive professional development program in which Emily developed a presentation with handouts and concrete strategies to make the program more manageable for participants. After the presentation Emily met with me individually to discuss further strategies in one specific area I was struggling with. She took the time to ask thoughtful questions and think of solutions. I would absolutely recommend Emily for a learning and development role, or any other role where the outcomes for the learner/client/employee are the key objective.
