Small and Medium Business Sales Process, Summer Intern 2021
-
Jun 2021 - Aug 2021
As a SMB Sales Process Intern, I worked with Sales teams and functional teams to define and improve the sales process, or the process each seller uses to move a potential customer through to sale. Identifying creative ways to implement the suggestions from the Sales and functional teams and then working with the right people to put those changes into effect was an important aspect of the team's work. I also acted as an ambassador for the Sales Operations organization with team members from across the organization. Show less

Undergraduate Assistant
-
Aug 2020 - Dec 2020
As the instructor’s assistant, I was responsible for presenting parts of lessons and offering an experienced student’s perspective. Developing a sense of community was key to support the transition of first-year students by sharing insights, guidance, and experiences as well as facilitating discussions to build students’ online presence and interpersonal skills. Often, students reached out to me first with their questions requiring me to know the class material and be a supportive resource. Customer Service Sales Associate

May 2019 - Jan 2020
As a seasonal customer service associate, I focused on assisting customers as they shopped by determining their specific needs and using my knowledge of products and services offered at the store to build them a fully rounded basket. Often I demonstrated different creative tools and projects for customers as part of the sales process. Merchandise was inventoried upon arrival at the store, cataloged and placed within its table story. Maintaining a positive and constructive environment was a key part of this role. Show less
