  I am responsible for a caseload of approx. 50 funded organisations with a total grant value of around £2million. I identify and assess new potential grantees in line with the Trust's priorities, and provide additional support to grantees as a ‘critical friend’ and expert in fundraising, strategy and evaluation. Alongside day to day grant management, I have delivered a number of key strategic initiatives: - I developed the Trust's first Purpose Framework. This theory of change will guide the Trustees' giving priorities, ensure we are responsive to external needs, and enable meaningful understanding of our impact - without increasing any reporting burden for grantees. - I set up and managed the Trust's first open application grants programme, Spotlight, supporting 10 organisations working with people subject to immigration control, with a total grant value of over £300,000. - I manage the Trust's Funding Plus programme, offering guidance and connecting grantees to bespoke support from the sister business to the Trust, Bruntwood.   As a senior manager at this rapidly growing charity, I was responsible for strategic development; fundraising; new project design; and monitoring and evaluation. I led a strategic review which resulted in clear a focus on class, social justice and campaigning. I developed new programmes and campaigns, evaluation frameworks and a fundraising and communications strategy which built RECLAIM’s reputation as a leader in facilitating young people's expertise, energy and ideas into youth-led campaigns and leadership programmes, and doubled the charity’s income over two years. As the lead fundraiser for the organisations I focused on Trusts and Foundations – of 21 applications submitted, 17 were successful. I managed all programme budgets and reporting requirements and developed other fundraising materials. The project supported the local application of new national policy and approaches to child poverty, using an innovative research framework to ensure the inclusion of the whole household in local government considerations of child poverty. Supported the development the 2011 Sheffield Child Poverty Strategy.
