  I have spent the last two months gaining work experience with BPP Professional Education working alongside their marketing team. I have been learning about how the team work collaboratively to develop successful marketing campaigns and activities. In addition, I have created my own Persona, Customer Journey Map and Brief. This has been so beneficial to me as I have learnt the foundations of how the team create a campaign and gained an understanding of how the campaign would be launched. I have also gained insight of how customer management tools are used and overall that marketing decision making are driven by results.
