      My research investigated key cultural barriers to paternal leave taking amongst Australian fathers with infants. Specifically, my research examined how the Australian government's Dad and Partner Pay policy was framed in the news media around the time of its introduction in 2013, and investigated employers' and fathers' experiences of the scheme, based on over 100 qualitative interviews.
