Emily is such a pleasure to work with as a partner that bridges our two organizations. She is personable, professional, curious and has the interests and success of her internal clients as top priority. Emily and I meet frequently and she is always on top her game, prepared with questions, updates and interesting conversation. She is definitely a partner/manager that you want on your team!

Emily was one of the very first people I met at Forcepoint in 2019. Personable and inquisitive, she radiates positive energy. We got to know each other quickly, discussed her career goals and it was evident to me that she would be a rockstar in any role due to her work ethic, curiosity and authenticity. Needless to say, I was so pleased leadership supported her transfer to the marketing department. Fast forward a few months and I was the lucky one with Emily on my team. While our time together was brief and during a massive organizational transformation, I could always rely on Emily. Her self-awareness and emotional intelligence is rare and her ability to anticipate the immediate gaps & needs of the business while thinking ahead will continue to differentiate her. At times the work was tough with rapid deadlines and continuous changes... no matter the circumstance, Emily delivered quality work. Emily's future is promising as she continues to grow, challenge herself and trust her intuition. I'm grateful to have had Emily on my team and for the ways she has helped me personally grow as a people manager. I am excited to watch her career (and life) and hope one day I am lucky enough to work with Emily again.
